About Canyon Pines
Canyon Pines is a covenant controlled community located in northwest Reno. The community consists of 301 homes located on the southern slope of Peavine Mountain to the north of and overlooking the Somersett development. The community is accessed via the 4th roundabout on Somersett Parkway.
The community is governed by the Canyon Pines Homeowners Association which is led by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of homeowners from the community. The Board is assisted by an Architectural Control Committee which reviews exterior changes to homes and landscaping.
A community management company handles the day-to-day business as well as enforcement of covenants and rules under a contract with the Association.
The Canyon Pines community is not affiliated with or part of the Somersett Homeowners Association.
