Directors, Officers, and Minutes

Board of Directors

The Board. The Board of Directors is governing body of the Association.  Directors are elected for two-year terms at the Association's annual homeowner meetings. The five (5) member Board oversees the operation of the Association, under the requirements of the Governing Documents which consist of:


  • The Articles of Incorporation which created the Association when filed they were filed with the Nevada Secretary of State;
  • The Bylaws of the Association;
  • The Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, & Restrictions;
  •  Rules adopted by the Board.


Board Meetings. The Board meets regularly to conduct the Association's business. Homeowners are encouraged to attend and participate in all meetings. The 2025 board meetings are scheduled for 6PM except for the 2/04/25 meeting which will start immediately after the Annual Membership Meeting.

The Board also holds monthly executive meetings/hearings to privately discuss issues with individual homeowners, primarily related to homeowner non-compliance with the Governing documents.


Annual Homeowner Meeting. Each February the Board conducts the annual meeting of the homeowners. Included in this meeting is the election of Directors. The Annual Homeowner Meeting will be held February 4, 2025 starting at 6PM.

Officers

Officers. The Officers of the Association are elected by the Board at the Board's first meeting after the annual homeowner meeting. The required officers consists of the following:

  • President;
  • Vice President;
  • Secretary;
  • Treasurer.

These officers serve a one-year term and must be Directors (Board members). The Board may also elect other officers as the affairs of the Association require.

  • Jason  Reed - Treasurer and Director
  • Available - Director
